Meet Michael Stewart
Michael Stewart is the author of the Hotwife Chronicles series, a collection of provocative, emotionally charged novels inspired by real-life experiences within the hotwife and cuckold lifestyle. Rather than relying solely on fantasy, Michael draws from the authentic journey he and his wife have shared—capturing the excitement, challenges, passion, vulnerability, and personal growth that come with exploring nontraditional relationships.
Writing from both the husband’s and the wife’s perspectives, Michael brings a unique level of authenticity to his stories. His work blends erotic romance with the emotional realities of trust, communication, desire, jealousy, and connection, creating characters and situations that feel genuine and relatable to readers familiar with the lifestyle.
Through the Hotwife Chronicles, Michael invites readers behind the curtain of a world often misunderstood, offering an intimate look at the experiences, emotions, and adventures that have shaped his and his wife’s journey. His stories celebrate openness, exploration, and the power of embracing desire while maintaining the foundation of a loving relationship.
When he’s not writing, Michael continues to enjoy life with his wife, drawing inspiration from the experiences, conversations, and adventures that fuel the next chapter of the Hotwife Chronicles.
The Hotwife Chronicles
Current books in the series:
Beginnings
Hotwife Chronicles: Beginnings is an intimate, psychologically rich erotic memoir told in alternating voices — Shane, a devoted husband carrying a secret fantasy for nearly thirty years, and Amrie, the wife he has loved since high school. Together, they chart the long, uncertain journey from private desire to shared reality.
Shane and Amrie married young, broke, and deeply in love. Their physical connection was fierce from the start — but beneath the life they built together, Shane harbored a fantasy he couldn’t name and couldn’t shake: not of being with another woman, but of watching Amrie with another man. Not as betrayal. As devotion.
For decades, he said nothing. The desire festered quietly beneath double shifts, soccer games, Thanksgiving dinners, and vacations on cruise ships. It surfaced in hotel bars in New Orleans and Galveston, in the margins of their marriage — sometimes drawing them closer, sometimes driving a cold wedge between them. Amrie sensed something but held the line: “Not in real life. Not ever.”
In some way, Amrie had known the secret a few years into the marriage—but it took her thirty years to finally accept it.
The novel traces what happens after the confession: the halting, thrilling, often disorienting process of two people in a long marriage deciding to act on a shared fantasy for the first time. They navigate dating profiles and vetting strangers, the disaster of being stood up by their first prospect, the unexpected intimacy that disaster produces, and eventually the charged, carefully curated introduction of Rex — “Aquablu” — a man confident enough to earn Shane’s trust and compelling enough to capture Amrie’s attention.
Told in close, candid dual perspective, the book doesn’t flinch from the emotional complexity: the jealousy Shane didn’t expect to feel, the shame and triumph Amrie holds simultaneously, the strange new shyness between them in the aftermath, and the quiet renegotiation of a marriage that has just changed shape forever.
Hotwife Chronicles: Beginnings is a love story. An honest one.
Exploration
Hotwife Chronicles: Exploration is an intimate, dual-perspective memoir-style novel told through the alternating voices of Shane and Amrie, a married couple in their late forties exploring the emotional realities of the hotwife lifestyle.
After a difficult night at George’s house leaves both of them shaken in different ways, Shane and Amrie leave for a pre-planned anniversary trip to an all-inclusive resort in Cozumel, hoping the distance will give them space to reconnect and reset.
In Mexico, the couple begins to strip away the tension and silence that have built between them. Through quiet conversations, renewed intimacy, and a chance friendship with Chris and Mary — an experienced lifestyle couple — Shane and Amrie start to feel less alone in what they are navigating.
Back in Florida, they return to the lifestyle with more care and intention. Their search for meaningful connections takes them through dating apps, an awkward house party, and eventually to a more welcoming hotwife-focused event hosted by Madeline and Nathan.
Their biggest breakthrough comes through their friendship with Shandra and Simon, a confident and experienced couple who become trusted allies. Through dinners, hot tub nights, and honest conversations, Shane and Amrie begin building the kind of community they didn’t know they needed.
At its core, Hotwife Chronicles: Exploration is not a book about sex — it’s a book about a marriage evolving in real time. It explores jealousy and trust, the gap between fantasy and reality, the loneliness of keeping secrets, and the unexpected joy of finding your people. Shane and Amrie argue, apologize, laugh until they cry, and choose each other over and over again. Their voices are honest, funny, and achingly human.

“So, what’s our future hold?” Shane asked. I knew from the look on his fucking face with that damn grin. His eyes were a bit too steady, the bastard knew how this was going to end. I leaned and crossed my arms, daring him. “Well, the immediate future involves pain. Long term? That involves us assessing your sleeping arrangements if you finish that fucking thought.” “Because I’m sure you can see it very clear now.” Goddammit, I wanted to fucking slap him. But fuck me… I wanted to laugh too. That’s the thing about Shane. Even in the worst moments, he makes it hard to stay angry at him. Because here is what I knew: Jason was exactly as he was advertised from his pictures, late fifties, that granite jaw, a body clearly well maintained, that salt-and-pepper beard that looked more silver the closer you got. And my god was I close. The night that started with drinks, then the pool that tried (and failed) to cool us down, and at a certain point it became exactly what we’d hoped it would be. Suddenly, when you least expect it, something happens, quietly derailing the whole fucking thing without any announcement. The night was hot. Yes, I got fucked. The ending wasn’t anything like I’d spent the last two days imagining…
